Jared started HR Cubed after practicing in the ERISA, HR and Benefits industry, serving multiple clients from Fortune 500 to mom-and-pop shops and understanding the need for quick and easy access to documents, answers, cost efficiencies, and real solutions.   With the experiences of hanging his own shingle and running a successful law firm (Pope Legal Groupe), as well as being involved in and founding multiple start-ups (both successful and failures), the crew of HR Cubed is changing the landscape of how employers, brokers, lawyers and individuals access and provide tailored HR, ERISA and Benefits documents and answers.  For HR Cubed, Jared works on business development and product innovation.  Outside of following his purpose-driven passion for helping others, Jared enjoys spending time with his two children, Harman and Madeleine, and his wife, Jennifer.  And, when he get's permission from the boss, he enjoys swinging the golf club!

With ten-plus years as IT developer, entrepreneur and end-user/subscription conversion focus with decision-tree and content management software and IT, Todd is a holder of six US Patents surrounding the online business process.  With his experience working in IT for large brand companies across multiple verticals, while also working with clients such as The White House, Department of Commerce, PayPal, Cole Haan, BELO, Gold’s Gym, Dallas Morning News, Cox Communications and Amazon (among others), Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to HR Cubed.  Todd manages and ensures HR Cubed's IT department delivers easy-to-use products and services for its end-users!

Elverine (Rena) Felton is an ERISA attorney with over a decade of employee benefits law experience.  With HR Cubed, Rena ensures our documents are compliant with the most recent regulations and focuses on compliance with ERISA, the Retirement Equity Act, IRS and other federal laws (HIPAA, ACA and welfare plans) by reviewing and analyzing plan provisions and how those provisions are operationalized with HR Cubed's documentation and compliance assistance tools.  Rena holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in employee benefits from the John Marshall Law School-Chicago. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of employee benefits topics and has facilitated numerous trainings on laws and regulatory topics affecting employee benefits. Rena also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center, teaching ERISA law.  She has also contributed articles to the Syracuse Law Journal and The Family Law Review, a publication of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Rena is the past president of the Houston Lawyers Association where she has also served as a board member for 4 years.  In addition, she also serves on the board of the Houston Lawyers Foundation and is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association.
