In a recent article by Fast Company (see below), the notion of "[t]echnology doesn’t transform markets, business models do" is right on par! We are often asked at HR Cubed, what kind of technology are you building or what is your breakthrough tech? Well, the answer is simple: We are using existing technology, adding to it, making it efficient and incorporating our design into a breakthrough business model as it relates to the HR and ERISA compliance and benefits industry. This is very similar to how Uber took technology, added to it, made it efficient and incorporated their design into a breakthrough business model as it related to the taxi and private car transportation industry.
